Specifically, when we hit a major snag with the stone breaking during the fabrication and installation phase, Rafa truly showed his value. He acted as an incredible advocate for us, handling the difficult negotiations with the fabricators and stone yard to ensure we received a brand-new slab without compromise. He never pressured us to accept a quick fix and stayed focused on the quality of the final result.

Beyond the stone, he was always attentive to the details in our kitchen (down to small touches like grabbing us new air vents), and made sure I was involved appropriately for key visual decisions.
