How long does a commercial project take?
Interior build-outs may take a few months. Ground-up buildings often take six months to a year or more, depending on permitting and complexity.
What is the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone?
It’s a stricter part of the Florida Building Code that covers Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Roofing, windows and doors there need specific product approvals, and we build to them.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage permits, code reviews and every inspection through certificate of occupancy.
