What does a bathroom remodel cost in South Florida?
It depends on size, layout changes and finishes. A shower-only update costs far less than a full primary suite with moved plumbing. You get an itemized quote after our visit.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most take 3 to 6 weeks of construction. Custom glass and vanity lead times are the usual schedule drivers, so we order them early.
How do you prevent leaks and mold?
We install a bonded waterproof membrane in every shower, use moisture-resistant board in wet areas and size the exhaust fan to the room.
Can you convert my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common projects, including curbless designs for easier access.
Do condo bathrooms need association approval?
Usually. Most buildings want plans, insurance certificates and set work hours, and many restrict noisy work. We handle the paperwork for you.
