How long will my kitchen be out of service?
Construction usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. Cabinet lead times and inspections drive the schedule, so we order early and plan the build around delivery dates.
Do condo kitchens in South Florida need board approval?
Almost always. Most associations require plans, a licensed contractor, proof of insurance and set work hours. We prepare the package and work within the building’s rules.
Which countertop works best in Florida humidity?
Quartz is the easiest to live with because it never needs sealing. Granite and marble work well too but need periodic sealing. We walk you through samples before you choose.
Do you pull permits in Palm Beach and Broward counties?
Yes. We file permits with your city or county building department and schedule every inspection, whether you live in Palm Beach County or Broward County.
