What does a home renovation cost in South Florida?
It ranges widely. A single room costs far less than a whole-house remodel with structural and system work. We give you a room-by-room itemized estimate after an in-home visit.
How long does a whole-house renovation take?
Single rooms often take a few weeks. Whole-house projects usually run several months depending on size, structure and inspections.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Often, yes. We phase the work so some rooms stay usable. For major structural or whole-house projects, many families stay elsewhere for part of the schedule.
Should I add impact windows during a renovation?
It’s a good time to do it. Openings are already being worked on, and impact-rated windows and doors add storm protection that meets Florida Building Code.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We file permits with your city or county and prepare any HOA or condo association package.
